Check Your Trip Status.
Enter the A1 trip reference and the email used on the reservation request. The lookup returns the latest request status stored by A1.
Where to find it
Your reference appears after submission.
Save the reference shown on the reservation receipt screen. If you do not have it, call A1 at 704-777-9111 using the same contact information supplied with the trip.
The status page does not display chauffeur or passenger contact information.
