Information submitted
A1 Elite Transportation collects the contact, itinerary, passenger-count, luggage, vehicle-preference and special-instruction information you choose to submit. Corporate and event inquiries may also include company, schedule and service-volume information.
How it is used
The information is used to review availability, plan and communicate about transportation, maintain request status, prevent misuse and operate the service. Information may be sent to A1's transportation management workflow when that integration is configured.
Service providers
Website hosting, communications and transportation operations may involve service providers acting for A1. Payment details are not collected by this website form. If payment is requested later, the payment provider's terms and privacy practices apply.
Text messages
Trip-related SMS consent is optional and separate from the required website terms checkbox. A1 uses a mobile number for text updates only when the optional consent box is selected or when otherwise permitted by law. Reply STOP to opt out of automated text updates.
Retention and requests
