A request is not a confirmed ride
Submitting a form creates a request for A1 to review. A ride is confirmed only when A1 provides confirmation after checking the itinerary, vehicle availability and applicable operating requirements.
Accurate trip information
You are responsible for providing accurate dates, times, locations, passenger and luggage counts, flight details and contact information. Changes may affect availability, vehicle assignment and any later quote.
Vehicle assignment
Vehicle make, model, configuration and capacity are subject to confirmation. A1 may propose a different vehicle class when required by availability, passenger capacity, luggage or trip conditions.
Pricing, payment, changes and cancellation
Current hourly rates have a one-hour minimum: Sedan $95, SUV $125, Escalade $150 and Sprinter $550. A 30% service fee applies to pre-arranged transportation. Airport Meet and Greet is an additional $30, and pre-arranged reservations before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM include a $25 fee. Prices are subject to change for special events and weather conditions. For an accepted quote eligible for online payment, this website may present Square-hosted card and wallet fields that tokenize payment data. A1 never receives or stores raw card numbers or card security codes (CVC). Payment does not itself confirm a ride; final pricing, deposit requirements, cancellation terms, wait-time terms and any other charges are confirmed by A1 before service.
SMS is optional
The reservation terms checkbox is required to submit a request. The separate SMS checkbox is optional, is not a condition of service and may be withdrawn by replying STOP to an automated message.
