A request is not a confirmed ride
Submitting a form creates a request for A1 to review. A ride is confirmed only when A1 provides confirmation after checking the itinerary, vehicle availability and applicable operating requirements.
Accurate trip information
You are responsible for providing accurate dates, times, locations, passenger and luggage counts, flight details and contact information. Changes may affect availability, vehicle assignment and any later quote.
Vehicle assignment
Vehicle make, model, configuration and capacity are subject to confirmation. A1 may propose a different vehicle class when required by availability, passenger capacity, luggage or trip conditions.
Pricing, payment, changes and cancellation
This website does not publish or guarantee prices and does not collect payment. Any quote, deposit requirement, cancellation terms, wait-time terms or other charges will be communicated with the reservation confirmation or separate service agreement.
SMS is optional
The reservation terms checkbox is required to submit a request. The separate SMS checkbox is optional, is not a condition of service and may be withdrawn by replying STOP to an automated message.
